We are looking for an experienced Teamleader Logistics to lead a team of approximately eight warehouse employees at our client’s logistics facility in Born. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) offering responsibility, variety, and opportunities for growth.

Job Description
As a Teamleader, you will ensure smooth warehouse operations while supervising and supporting your team on the floor. Your daily tasks include:
Assigning tasks and creating the daily schedule
Monitoring workflow, quality, and safety
Solving problems and removing bottlenecks
Collaborating with colleagues from other departments
Acting as the first point of contact for questions or issues
Ensuring that goals are met and the workplace remains tidy and safe
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, giving you significant responsibility and leadership experience.
Requirements
Relevant experience in logistics
Experience leading a team of approximately eight people
Ability to work in rotating shifts
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Quality-conscious, detail-oriented, and responsible
