For this position, you will be working at one of Europe’s largest food production companies, specializing in fresh, ready-to-eat products such as salads and convenience meals. The company operates dozens of locations across multiple countries and supplies major retailers and foodservice partners. You will work in a modern, fast-paced production environment where food safety, quality, and efficiency are top priorities.

What are you going to do?

In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for preparing, packing, and checking fresh ready-to-eat salads. You will work in a clean and cool environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential. Your contribution ensures that every product meets high quality standards before reaching the customer.

Your tasks may include:

• Adding fresh toppings to salads

• Packing finished salads into cartons or crates (depending on the department)

• Checking whether containers are properly sealed

• Sorting and cutting products

• Packing containers into larger boxes for shipment

• Preparing orders for transport

• Keeping the workspace clean and hygienic

• Working in cool temperatures of approximately 5–10°C

Your profile

• Good English or Polish language skills

• Driving license is an advantage

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage

• Flexible and willing to work different shifts when needed

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Responsible and motivated

• Willing to follow company regulations regarding hygiene and appearance
  (No jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, artificial nails, or makeup during work and company tours)

What we offer

• Hourly wage: €14.71

• Working hours:

  • Day shift: 06:00/07:00 – 16:00

  • Possible evening/night shifts starting at 14:00, 16:00, or 18:00

• Shift allowances (Monday–Friday):

  • 00:00 – 06:00: 140%

  • 19:00 – 23:00: 125%

  • 23:00 – 00:00: 140%

• Saturday allowance:

  • 00:00 – 06:00: 140%

  • 15:00 – 23:00: 125%

  • 23:00 – 24:00: 200%

• Sunday allowance:

  • 00:00 – 23:00: 200%

  • 23:00 – 24:00: 140%

• 5–6 working days per week

• 35–40 hours per week

• Accommodation provided: €109 per week
