For this position, you will be working at a large and modern greenhouse company with many years of experience in growing bell peppers. The company operates around 160 hectares of production and grows peppers in four colors: yellow, orange, red, and green. Their high-quality products are supplied to both Dutch retailers and international markets, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and efficient processing.
What are you going to do?
Once the bell peppers are harvested, they move to the processing hall for sorting and packing. In this role, you will work in a clean, organized production hall (not inside the greenhouse) at a normal temperature. Together with an international team, you will ensure that only top-quality peppers are prepared for transport to customers across Europe.
Your tasks may include:
Sorting bell peppers by size, color, and quality
Packing peppers into foil flowpacks (for example, 2+1 arrangements)
Checking that the foil is applied correctly
Filling boxes with pre-packed peppers
Placing filled boxes on the line for palletizing
Monitoring quality and removing damaged products
Following hygiene and safety regulations
Your profile
Good English or Polish language skills
Driving license is an advantage
Ability to distinguish between colors
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work in warm conditions
Responsible and motivated
Willing to follow strict hygiene and safety rules
(No piercings, fake eyelashes, hearing aids, or artificial nails during work or company tours)
What we offer
Hourly wage: €16.16
Working shifts: 05:00 – 15:00 or 15:00 – 00:00
Overtime above 38 hours per week paid at 135%
Saturday work paid at 150%
Bonus: €15 net per week worked (minimum 3 days), paid twice a year in April and October, provided performance meets company standards
5–6 working days per week
45–55 hours per week
Dutch employment contract
Accommodation provided: €109 per week
Dutch health insurance: €38.22 per week
