What are you going to do?

As an Order Picker, you play a key role in the logistics process. You ensure that customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately for shipment. You will work in a modern distribution center with three different temperature-controlled departments:

• HR department: 18°C

• Cooling department: 0°C

• Deep Freezer department: -24°C (8% extra bonus per worked hour)

Your tasks may include:

• Picking and packing products according to order lists

• Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems

• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks

• Checking accuracy and quality of selected items

• Replenishing stock and supporting inventory control

• Following safety rules and warehouse procedures

• Keeping the workplace clean and organized

Your profile

• Communicative English language skills

• Driving license is an advantage

• Physically fit and able to lift heavier items

• Basic knowledge of inventory systems

• Accurate and detail-oriented

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage

• Flexible to work different shifts when required

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and responsible

What we offer

• Base hourly wage: €14.71 + €1.17 ADV per hour

• Deep Freezer allowance: 8% extra per worked hour

  • Total hourly wage in Deep Freezer: €15.88 + €1.17 ADV

• Working hours:

  • HR department: 07:00 – 16:00 or 15:00 – 23:00

  • Cooling department: 08:00 – 17:00

  • Deep Freezer department: 06:00 – 15:00

• Shift allowance (Monday–Friday):

  • 20:00 – 22:00: 125%

  • 22:00 – 06:00: 150%

• Weekend allowance:

  • Saturday: 06:00 – 18:00: 130%; 18:00 – 06:00: 150%

  • Sunday: 150%

• Overtime:

  • Above 9 hours per day: 135%

  • Above 40 hours per week: 135%

• 5 working days per week
