For this position, you will be working at a company with over 135 years of experience in fish and seafood processing. The company specializes in coating various white fish species as well as salmon and supplies both national and international markets. What are you going to do?
As an Operator, you are responsible for the production line process and the quality of the final product. You ensure that the line is ready for operation, oversee the full production process from semi-finished to finished products, and maintain a smooth workflow throughout the shift.
Your tasks include:
Sharing responsibility for the production process and final product quality
Inspecting the production line and ensuring it is ready for use
Managing the process from semi-finished to finished products
Monitoring all production steps to ensure an efficient flow
Coordinating the supply of auxiliary and packaging materials with the forklift driver
Performing regular quality checks to ensure product quality, legality, and food safety
Your profile
Good English language skills
Driving license
Experience as an operator in the food industry
Basic knowledge of mechanics and electronics
Strong awareness of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic work attitude
Responsible and reliable

Hourly wage: €17.74
Working shifts:
05:00 – 15:15
15:15 – 00:30
Shift allowances:
Early shift (04:00 – 06:00): 150%
Night shift (19:00 – 00:00): 133%
Weekend work (Saturday and Sunday): 150%
4 working days per week
39 hours per week
