For this position, you will work in one of the largest flower greenhouses in the Netherlands. The company grows colorful seasonal flowers across more than 44 hectares of modern greenhouses. It is a vibrant, green, and inspiring place to work where quality and teamwork are highly valued.
What are you going to do?
In this role, you will help grow, care for, and prepare seasonal flowers for shipment throughout Europe. Your work is essential to ensuring that plants reach customers in perfect condition. The tasks are varied and take place in a lively greenhouse environment where no two days are the same.
Your tasks may include:
Working in a fast-paced greenhouse environment with plants
Planting young plants in pots and sorting seasonal flowers
Removing weeds and maintaining clean, healthy plants
Removing old or damaged flowers
Packing orders and preparing plants for shipment
Packing flowers into foil or carton boxes
Labeling boxes accurately with product and shipping information
Operating and monitoring a machine that places flowers into the ground
Working on a production line, depending on the position
Your profile
Good Polish or communicative English language skills
Driving license is an advantage
Experience in a similar position is an advantage
Able to work in warm conditions
Able to work independently and in a team
Enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated
Responsible attitude
What we offer
Hourly wage: €14.71
Working hours (may vary): 08:00 – 17:00
38–55 hours per week
5–6 working days per week
Overtime above 38 hours per week paid at 135%
Seasonal or year-round work, depending on production cycles
Dutch employment contract
Accommodation provided: €109 per week
Dutch health insurance: €38.22 per week
